William Bortz – Lead Attorney
With years of experience in immigration, estate planning, and business law, I’m committed to protecting my clients’ interests with dedication and expertise. After earning my undergraduate degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I received my Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. No matter the situation, I give 110% effort to achieve the best possible outcomes for those I represent.


Amy S. Neathery – Attorney
Attorney Carrie Hall’s practice is limited to immigration law specializing in employment based immigrant and non-immigrant visas. She previously worked for an international immigration firm handling high volume PERM Petitions for large technology companies. Her pro bono work includes assisting asylum refugees with permanent resident status in the United States. She graduated with an Art History degree from Arizona State University and then went on to obtain her Paralegal Studies degree from Phoenix College. After many years of working as a paralegal, she attended and graduated from Arizona Summit Law School evening J.D. program in Phoenix, Arizona.
In her free time, she enjoys painting in watercolor and oils, watching foreign films/shows, playing tennis and visiting ancient archaeological sites.
Mario D. Falsetti
Mario handles our immigration interviews as well as being our tax expert. He studied undergraduate at University of Dayton and graduated from Marquette Law School with honors, earning the Justinian Society Scholarship Award.
Attorney Falsetti focuses his practice on guiding individuals through the immigration interview process and taxation matters. Mario enjoys golfing, caddying in USGA events, the daily Wordle/Sudoku and time spent on the water sailing.
